Swimming | Main pool for the oppening and closing ceremonies, all medal presentations and the swimming events was the Tasmajdan complex. An outdoor, heated pool, 50 x 21 meters, with eight lanes and seating for 10,000. Another indoor 50 meter pool was part of this complex and was available for trainingg. |

Synchronised Swimming | Held at Stari Grad, about three kilometers from the main pool. This was an indoor 50 meter by eight lanes, and 1.90m constant depth pool. Seeting capacity was 2,000. An outdoor practice pool, 33 x 21 meters was also available. |

Diving | at the Kostoviak pool, a 50 meter outdoor, heated pool. Seating was to acomodate 3 to 5,000. It was 7 kilometers from the main pool. In addition, there were two 25 meter pools available for the divers. |

At Banjica, a 50 x 21 meter indoor pool with constant depth of 1,90m with seating for 2,000 spectators. Adjacent to this pool is another 33 x 21 meter pool. The Banjica was 4 kilometers from the Tasmadjan complex. |

Accomodation | All competitors and FINA technical comitee members were housed at the Hotel Slavia, lovated about 500 meters from Tasmajdan. The diving competitors was housed at the Sumadjia Hotel which was in close proximty to the Diving venue. | Transportation for officials and competitors was free among the different venues as wel as to and from the airport. | The organizing comitee underwrited the living expenses for 500 persons. This figure included competitors, team officials and FINA technical members. Meet officials had a per diem of $15 approximately. |

The timing equipment used for swimming events was similar to the one used at the Munich Olympics. The organizing comitee has purchased equipment from Longines valued at $300,000. It timed eight places to one-thousandth of a second and also had a video tape finishes in Munich. The diving facilities also contained an electronic scoreboard. |
